Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Meet2Doc platform (“Service”), you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or who have full legal capacity under applicable law.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.

Meet2Doc is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that transforms meeting recordings into structured documents. The Service includes:

• Meeting recording: an automated bot joins meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams through Recall.ai technology, recording the session audio.
• Automatic transcription: the recorded audio is automatically converted into text (transcript).
• AI data extraction: artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) analyzes the transcript and extracts relevant information according to the fields defined in the template provided by the user.
• Document generation: the extracted data is automatically inserted into Word (.docx) templates with placeholders, generating ready-to-use documents.

The Service relies on third-party integrations (Recall.ai, Google Gemini, Supabase, Stripe) and its availability is subject to the operation of these providers.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Immediately notifying Meet2Doc of any unauthorized use of your account.

Meet2Doc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that exhibit suspicious activity, without prior notice.

Meet2Doc offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic: up to 10 meetings per month.
• Pro: up to 50 meetings per month.
• Enterprise: unlimited meetings.

All new users are entitled to a 7 (seven) day free trial period. After the trial period, the subscription will be automatically charged through Stripe, our payment processor.

Cancellation can be done at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Prices may be changed with 30 (thirty) days prior notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Obtain consent from all participants before recording meetings.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not submit or process illegal, defamatory, obscene content, or content that violates third-party rights.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
• Using the Service to compete with Meet2Doc or to build a similar product.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the system.
• Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated mechanisms.
• Intentionally overloading the Service infrastructure.

Meet2Doc Property: the platform, including software, design, brand, logos, documentation, and all content created by Meet2Doc, are the exclusive property of Meet2Doc and are protected by intellectual property law and international treaties.

User Content: you retain all rights to your templates, transcripts, generated documents, and recordings. Meet2Doc does not claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant Meet2Doc a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, data extraction, and document generation).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Meet2Doc does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Transcriptions and AI extractions will be 100% accurate.
• The Service will meet all your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meet2Doc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Meet2Doc's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting our support team.

Meet2Doc may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• There is a violation of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified.
• There is a legal or judicial determination.

After account termination, your data will be retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

Meet2Doc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by:

• Email sent to the registered address.
• Prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection regulations. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
